The health and wellbeing of employees is hugely important, keeping people fitter and healthier for longer is in everyone's interest.

That is why on Thursday, 13 September between 10am - 3pm, East Riding of Yorkshire Council Health Bus will be at ergo to offer help and advice.

Come along to find out about:

  • Running a Health Walk scheme for your staff (for example on a lunchtime)
  • How to run a Pedometer challenge
  • Sign-up for reduced rate gym membership at East Riding Leisure Centres
  • Having a bike library which provides free bikes for staff travel to work
  • Health Checks - have your blood pressure, weight and basic health checked alongside support and advice on healthy lifestyle

Pop in and have a chat about what you would like to see available to support health and wellbeing locally.

During your visit why not also pop into Moe's Kitchen, ergo's onsite cafe, to gain some healthy eating inspiration.

" The move to ergo has given us an excellent opportunity to have a dedicated onsite point of access for both tenants and the wider business population. This will enable us to continue our work in supporting regional businesses and promoting supply chain opportunities across the renewable sectors."

- Dawn Hall, Greenport Growth Business Support Manager.
